Sleepsure Comfort Products Pvt Ltd. Was formed in February 2021. Sleepsure is Maharashtra’s No. 1 well equipped mattress and PU foam manufacturing plant with latest technology. The factory is located at C-76 Add-Jejuri Industrial area, Jejuri District, Pune (Maharashtra) which is spread across 60000 sq ft area of land. The company manufactures mattresses and P.U foam. It is an ISO 9001-2015 certified company.

Mr. Ratnakar is the founder member of the company who started this company with his very close friends Mr. Tanaji Pawar and Mr. Sameer Dighe. Mr. Ratnakar has 32 years vast experience in the mattress and foam manufacturing and marketing Industry. He was the Vice President Marketing before establishing this company.

Although Sleepsure is a new brand in the market but it is made with 32 years of hands-on experience in the market.

The tagline of Sleepsure is “A Great Sleep for Everyone” and Our Mission is “to reach every Indian and to provide them with the best mattresses and accessories” which are affordable and are made with quality and love. A mattress made by an Indian for the Indians with a dream to provide the best sleep after a hard day’s work.

All our team members at Sleepsure are committed and focused on providing best quality products with reasonable price i.e., “Value for Money” with the confidence that “Sleepsure” will become the No.1 Brand in India.

We manufacture 4 types of mattress products i.e.:-

        2) Budgeted range: - It is affordable to all

        3) Premium range: - It is specially designed for middle-and higher-class people.

        4) Luxury range: - The ultimate premium range of mattresses

B]   Hospita: - a wide range for hospital mattresses with PVC coated fabric

C]   Hoteliya: - It is luxury range for mattresses for Hotels, Hotels and Lodges.

D]  Bichayat: - It is specially made for mangal karyalayam

E] Ortho-Memory:- It is specially designed for people who have persistent backaches. To make this          product we use special “ortho memory foam” with premium rebonded foam.

These wide range of products caters to all the needs and wants of the Indian market and the consumers.

Now, About the PU foam. We manufacture all types of foams such as:-

Generally, all these foams are used for making mattresses, Sofas, Sofa cushion, Chairs and used in various industries too.

Sleepsure is the parent co of Rohit Foam Tech Industries LLP which is situated at Sinner MIDC, Nashik [Maharashtra] founded in May 2017.

Rohit foam Tech Industries LLP manufacturers Rebonded foam under the brand name “Emperor”. Our Rebonded foam is known for its “premium” and “top-notch-quality”. The plant has a production capacity of 1200 Mt Per annum.
